Types of Classes

Small Group Classes
Our group classes are perfect for those who enjoy a social atmosphere and the motivation and support that a group setting can provide. These classes follow a regular schedule, and class sizes are small, ranging from 4 to 8, ensuring you will receive plenty of individualized attention. 
Group classes cover everything from foundational matwork to advanced equipment-based workouts. Whether you’re looking to build core strength, improve flexibility, or simply move your body in a fun and engaging way, our group classes offer something for everyone.

Private Classes
For a more personalized experience, we offer private sessions by appointment. These one-on-one classes allow you to work directly with one of our certified instructors. They can be ideal for beginners who want to learn the basics at their own pace, or for experienced practitioners looking to fine-tune their technique. With individualized attention, you’ll get the most out of every session, making steady progress toward your fitness goals.
Semi-private sessions are also available for couples or friends with similar fitness goals.

Custom Classes for Rehabilitation and Healing
We recognize the therapeutic power of Pilates. Our rehabilitative services are designed for those recovering from injuries/surgeries, or looking to improve their overall mobility and joint stability. They can be especially helpful in dealing with joint issues, back pain, or post-surgical recovery. Working closely with your healthcare providers, we can develop a program that complements your physical therapy and aids in a smoother, more complete recovery.
With a registered nurse on staff, we can work with medical referrals to ensure a coordinated approach to your care. We’re here to help you get back on your feet, stronger than ever. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can rebuild your strength and confidence, one step at a time.

Essential Pilates
Learn about the movement principles of Pilates and become acquainted with different equipment while in a slower-paced class. Whole body routines will improve stability, flexibility and breath control while gaining an understanding of exercises.

Pilates Practice
A full-body workout covering the four planes of functional movement, and focused on improving strength, core and spinal stability, flexibility and coordination. A variety of equipment (including the reformer, mat, tower, stability chairs and/or other props) is used, and no two classes are the same!

Pilates Academy
A faster-paced class that builds on the Pilates Practice class and offers more advanced routines.

Reformer+Jump
Energetic Pilates interval workout with alternating reformer and jumpboard or cardio trampoline exercises. Focused on improving strength, endurance, coordination and increasing the heart rate through non-weight bearing exercise.
